摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、封闭异氰酸酯基单体、葡聚糖为主要原料,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为乳化剂,采用乳液聚合的方法,制备了聚丙烯酸酯-葡聚糖体系锂电池水性正极粘合剂及磷酸铁锂锂电池正极。通过红外光谱、差示量热(DSC)、热重对聚丙烯酸酯-葡聚糖体系锂电池水性正极粘合剂进行了表征,利用扫描电镜对电池正极表面形貌进行了表征,研究了电池电极阻抗、循环寿命等电化学性能。结果表明:聚丙烯酸酯-葡聚糖体系锂电池水性正极粘合剂对电池电极电化学性能有较好的稳定性。Using methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl Acrylate(BA),2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA),blocked isocyanate-based monomer,and dextran as main raw materials,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9)as emulsifiers,the polyacrylate-dextran waterborne cathode adhesive for lithium batteries was prepared by emulsion polymerization.The obtained waterborne cathode adhesive was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,DSC analysis and thermogravimetry.The surface morphology of the cathode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,and the electrochemical properties such as electrode impedance and cycle life of the battery were studied.The results indicated that the polyacrylate-dextran waterborne cathode adhesive for lithium batteries had a good stability in terms of the electrochemical performance of the battery electrode.
