摘 要:对传统氧化法进行改进,降低硫酸的浓度,采用中高浓度的硫酸,加入小分子盐类,辅助超声波的作用,插层制备出不同氧化程度的石墨烯,结果显示小分子盐类的加入可以影响得到的氧化石墨烯(GO)的氧化程度,制备出不同氧化程度的石墨烯。拉曼光谱和X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果显示NaCl的加入可以降低得到的石墨烯(GO-NaCl)的氧化程度,KCl的加入可以增加得到的石墨烯(GO-KCl)的氧化程度;X光电子能谱(XPS)的结果显示样品GO-NaCl和样品GO-KCl的碳氧比有明显不同,C1s谱表明GO-NaCl的氧化程度较样品GO明显减弱,样品GO-KCl的氧化程度较样品GO增强。The traditional oxidation intercalation method was improved to reduce the concentration of sulfuric acid,and medium and high concentrations of sulfuric acid were used to add small molecular salts,and utilize the assistance of ultrasound to intercalate and produce graphene with different oxidation degrees.The results showed that the addition of small molecular salts could change the oxidation degree of prepared GO,and graphene with different oxidation degrees was obtained.The Raman and XRD results indicated that adding NaCl could reduce the oxidation degree of the resulting graphene(GO-NaCl),and adding KCl could increase the oxidation degree of the resulting graphene(GO-KCl).XPS results revealed that there was a significant difference in the ratio of carbon to oxygen between the GO-NaCl sample and the GO-KCl sample.The C1s spectra indicated that the oxidation degree of GO-NaCl was significantly reduced compared to that of GO,and the oxidation degree of GO-KCl was enhanced compared to that of GO.
