摘 要:本文分别使用纳氏试剂法和水杨酸法对水样中的氨氮进行测试,实验结果显示,当样品浓度在0.05 mg/L及0.10 mg/L时候,水杨酸法优于纳氏试剂法,当样品浓度为5.0 mg/L时,纳氏试剂法与水杨酸法相差无几,当样品浓度为10.0 mg/L及20.0 mg/L时,纳氏试剂法优于水杨酸法。在低浓度时,水杨酸法回收率优于纳氏试剂法,在高浓度时,纳氏试剂法回收率优于水杨酸法。The ammonia nitrogen in wastewater was determinate by Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry and Salicylic acid spectrophotometry.The results showed that the method of Salicylic acid spectrophotometry was superior to the method of Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry when the concentration of the sample was 0.05 mg/L and 0.10 mg/L.Comparison with the method of salicylic acid method,Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry was similar while the sample concentration was 5.0 mg/L,but the method of Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry was superior when the sample concentration was 10.0 mg/L and 20.0 mg/L.
