摘 要:表面涂装工业在现代制造业中发挥着重要作用,但其生产过程中产生的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)排放对环境和人体健康造成潜在威胁。本文通过对表面涂装工业中VOCs的产生机理、特性及危害进行深入研究,提出了一系列预防和控制措施,包括生物方法处理、燃烧处理、吸附处理、综合处理等技术方法。本文还探讨了从源头控制、工艺管理及末端控制等方面提高环保水平的途径。通过这些措施,可以有效减少表面涂装工业中VOCs的排放,降低环境污染和健康风险,促进可持续发展。The surface coating industry plays an important role in the modern manufacturing industry,but the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)produced in the production process poses a potential threat to the environment and human health.In this paper,the mechanism,characteristics and hazards of VOCs in the surface coating industry were deeply studied,and a series of prevention and control measures were proposed,including biological treatment,combustion treatment,adsorption treatment,comprehensive treatment and other technical methods.This paper also discussed the ways to improve the level of environmental protection from source control,process management and end control.Through the implementation of these measures,we can effectively reduce VOCs emissions in the surface coating industry,reduce environmental pollution and health risks,and promote sustainable development.
