摘  要:在辐射环境影响评价中,关键因子包括辐射源、辐射排放、环境介质、人体暴露途径、辐射剂量等,这些因子直接关系到环境和人体受到的辐射风险。安全监管的重要性体现在对这些因子进行全面监测、评估和控制,以确保公众和环境的安全。有效的安全监管体系可以提前发现辐射源的异常情况,防范潜在风险,保障工作人员和居民的健康。对排放源、环境介质和人体的监管还有助于及时调整和制定防护措施,最大限度地减少辐射对生态系统和人类的不利影响,确保核设施和辐射活动的可持续安全运行。In the assessment of radiation environmental impact,the key factors include radiation source,radiation emission,environmental medium,human exposure path,radiation dose,etc.These factors are directly related to the environmental and human exposure to radiation risk.The importance of safety regulation is reflected in the comprehensive monitoring,assessment and control of these factors to ensure the safety of the public and the environment.An effective safety supervision system can detect abnormalities in radiation sources in advance,prevent potential risks,and protect the health of workers and residents.The regulation of emission sources,environmental media and human bodies also helps to timely adjust and develop protective measures to minimize the adverse effects of radiation on ecosystems and humans,and to ensure the sustainable and safe operation of nuclear facilities and radiation activities.
