摘　　要：超重和肥胖症在全世界流行,已成为严峻的公共卫生危机之一。现代医学研究已表明肥胖与自噬机制密切相关,通过调节自噬途径治疗肥胖已成为中医药研究的新热点。本文通过文献分析法,对干预细胞自噬治疗肥胖的中药化合物、中药方剂、中医治疗手段展开综合性评述,并对相关自噬靶点、信号通路和作用机制进行综述,为治疗肥胖的中药活性成分挖掘和机制研究提供有益参考。Overweight and obesity are prevalent all over the world,threatening public health.Modern medical research has shown that obesity is closely related to autophagy.In traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of obesity by regulating autophagy has attracted the interest of scholars.Through literature analysis,this paper reviews the compounds in Chinese medicinals,Chinese medicine prescriptions,and traditional Chinese medicine therapies targeting the autophagy in obesity,and summarizes the relevant autophagy targets,signal pathways,and action mechanisms,which is expected to serve as a reference for further exploring the active components in Chinese medicine for obesity and the mechanisms.
