摘 要:随着汽车行业的竞争加剧,围绕质量提升、成本降低、交付加速的新车型开发正在进行优化。为了更好地提升视觉感知质量,文章对汽车尺寸精致工艺进行了研究,建立了相关流程并明确了子车型各阶段的关注点,重点对设计阶段的精致工艺评价方法进行了说明。方法包括:规范评价视角和评价维度,利用CATIA和VRED等软件进行数模分析和渲染分析,并且使用穿戴设备进行了虚拟现实模拟;归纳分缝的方案,从“视觉间隙、视觉面差、外观R角”这3个维度展开说明精致感提升的具体方法。With the increasing competition in the automotive industry,the development of new models focusing on quality improvement,cost reduction and delivery acceleration is being optimized.To further enhance the visual perception quality,this paper conducts research on the automotive dimensional refinement technology,establishes relevant processes,and clarifies the focal points of each stage for sub-models.The primary focus is on explaining the evaluation methods for refinement technology during the design stage.These methods involve standardizing evaluation perspectives and dimensions,leveraging software tools like CATIA and VRED for digital modeling and rendering analysis,and utilizing wearable devices for virtual reality simulations.Furthermore,the article summarizes seam division strategies and details specific methods for enhancing delicacy from three dimensions:visual gap,visual surface difference,and appearance R angle.
