摘　　要：随着信息时代的到来,社会对网络数据取证技术的需求越来越多,网络数据取证工作在案件侦破中的作用也越来越重要。但是,现行的关于网络数据取证的标准规范和法规对于网络数据取证过程中的技术要求并不详细。在实际工作中,取证人员对标准规范和法规的不同理解会影响证据的有效性。文章主要基于现行的标准规范和法规探讨网络数据取证技术在实操中的技术细节,并列举了需要注意的技术关键点。With the advent of the information age,there is an increasing demand for network data forensics technology in society,and the role of network data forensics in case investigation is also becoming increasingly important.However,the current standards and regulations on network data forensics do not provide detailed technical requirements for the process of network data forensics.In practical work,different understandings of standards,norms,and regulations by forensics personnel can affect the validity of evidence.The article mainly explores the technical details of network data forensics technology in practice based on current standards,specifications,and regulations,and lists the key technical points that need to be noted.
