摘 要:因地质条件的不均匀变化,PHC管桩基础中经常出现桩长6m~8m的短桩情况。目前,国家现行的相关规范都没有对最小桩长做出规定,更没有明确的设计依据和方法。本文对PHC短桩分别采用桩基础及墩基础的计算公式,进行单桩承载力特征值Ra计算,并结合单桩竖向抗压静载荷试验对Ra计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明:采用桩基础的计算公式相对准确,PHC短桩试验Ra均能达到设计要求,PHC短桩的沉降变形能满足规范要求,桩基础埋置深度、桩底入岩深度满足规范要求,且桩底持力层下不存在软弱下卧层的地基中PHC短桩基础的整体稳定性满足要求,PHC短桩基础是安全可靠的。Due to the uneven change of geological conditions,short piles with a pile length of 6~8m often occur in PHC pipe pile foundations.At present,the current relevant national regulations do not stipulate the minimum pile length,and there is no clear design basis and method.The characteristic value Ra of the bearing capacity of a single pile was calculated by using the calculation formulas of pile foundation and pier foundation for PHC short piles,and the calculation results of Ra were compared and analyzed by combining with the vertical compressive static load test of single pile.The results show that the calculation formula of pile foundation is relatively accurate,and the Ra test of PHC short pile can meet the design requirements,and the settlement deformation of PHC short pile can meet the requirements of the specification.The overall stability of the PHC short pile foundation in the foundation where the embedded depth of the pile foundation and the depth of the pile bottom rock meet the requirements of the specificationand there is no weak substratum under the bearing layerat the bottom of the pile,and the PHC short pile foundation is safe and reliable.
