摘　　要：法律在文化之中是作为一种文化整体性而存在和发生的,因此与文化之间必然有着相互缠绕且无法分离开的关系。法律的文化整体性的呈现经由一种文化的自我修饰而体现在人们具体的生活之中,并作为一种文化的法律向度反映在实际发生的习俗生活实践之中。我们因此需要将法律文化看成是搜寻问题发生的线索性的存在,找出诸多线索之所以发生的轨迹联系,并寻求在事件发生的整体和过程中去理解法律文化的存在。而基于法律问题向度书写下来的线索民族志,实际便属于法律文化之所以发生的根由并因此而体现着一种语义学丰富性的文化表达和文化示范。Law in culture is existed and happened as a kind of cultural integrity.There is an inextricably entwined relationship between law and culture.Presentation of cultural integrity of law is embodied in human practical life through a skill of self-grooming of culture,and it is also,as a legal dimension of culture,reflected into ordinary custom and life practice.We are needed to see law as a clue by which we can find out what happens on the problem,and trajectory connections among those many clues.We can also find out an understanding on legal culture in a whole and process of events happenings.On the writing of clue ethnography based on the dimension of legal problem,it is really cultural expressions and good examples on what happens of legal culture and reflection of a semantically-rich.
