摘　　要：介绍了THFS-2重整预加氢催化剂在延安石油化工厂120万吨/年连续重整装置上的应用情况。实际运转结果表明,THFS-2预加氢催化剂深度脱硫脱氮效果良好,能为重整装置提供优质原料,分别在2020年的10月8日和2021年9月4日两次停工开工后压降、混氢压力稳定,有利于装置长周期运行。This paper introduces the application of THFS-2 reforming prehydrogenation catalyst in 1.2 million tons/year continuous reforming unit of Yan'an Petrochemical Plant.The actual operation results show that the THFS-2 pre-hydrogenation catalyst has good deep desulfurization and nitrogen removal effect,and can provide high-quality raw materials for the reforming unit.After the two shutdown starts on October 8,2020 and September 4,2021,respectively,the pressure drop and hydrogen mixing pressure are stable,which is conducive to the long-term operation of the unit.
