摘 要:在油田开发过程中,水平井采收率对于降本增效至关重要。随着技术的进步,超长水平段较常规水平井具有更高的费效比。但是超长水平井技术难度高、施工工艺复杂,对装置和工具能力、轨迹控制、摩阻扭矩、井眼清洁以及井壁稳定性等要求高,需要制定出合理、有效的技术措施,来保障超长水平段的安全顺利实施。针对中东某油田碳酸盐岩储层的超长水平段方案进行了一系列的优化分析,为今后超长水平段方案制定提供参考。During the oilfield development,the recovery rate of horizontal well is very important to reduce cost and increase efficiency.With the advancement of technology,the cost-effectiveness ratio of ultra-long horizontal well is higher than that of conventional horizontal well.However,ultra-long horizontal well have high technical difficulty,complex construction technology,and high requirements for device and tool capabilities,trajectory control,friction and torque,borehole cleaning and wellbore stability,etc.Reasonable and effective technical measures need to be developed to ensure the safe and smooth implementation of ultra-long horizontal sections.In the paper,a series of analyses are carried out for the ultra-long horizontal section scheme of carbonate reservoir in the Middle East,which provides reference for the formulation of ultra-long horizontal section scheme in the future.
