摘  要:针对固井质量中水泥浆性能对顶替效率的影响问题,因此,开展水泥浆性能对顶替效率的影响因素分析,在此基础上,从水泥浆性能的角度出发提出提高顶替效率的措施,为全面提高油气田开发作业固井质量奠定基础。研究表明:水泥浆配方、搅拌质量和时间、温度和环境、固化时间控制、流变性能、井眼准备和清洗以及固井工艺及设备等因素都将会对顶替效率产生重要影响,因此,需要针对影响顶替效率的因素采取有效的措施,进而全面提高固井作业过程中的顶替效率。In response to the impact of cement slurry performance on displacement efficiency in cementing quality,this study conducts an analysis of the factors affecting cement slurry performance on displacement efficiency.Based on this,measures to improve displacement efficiency are proposed from the perspective of cement slurry performance,laying the foundation for comprehensively improving the cementing quality of oil and gas field development operations.Research has shown that factors such as cement slurry formula,mixing quality and time,temperature and environment,curing time control,rheological properties,wellbore preparation and cleaning,as well as cementing technology and equipment,will have significant impacts on displacement efficiency.Therefore,effective measures need to be taken to address the factors that affect displacement efficiency,in order to comprehensively improve the displacement efficiency during cementing operations.
