摘  要:长输石油管道作为石油运输的重要途径,经过长时间使用导致管道泄露的问题不可避免,由于管道的埋地位置不同,维修及抢修作业难度增加。针对传统的外封堵设备,提出了一种石油管道内封堵设备设计方法,此设备所需作业时间更短,作业完成后减少在管道上留下其他附加装置,减少故障点,大大降低维修成本和减少维修时间。As an important way of oil transportation,long-distance oil pipelines are inevitably leaked after long-term use,and the difficulty of maintenance and repair operations increases due to the different buried locations of pipelines.Compared with the traditional external plugging equipment,the operation time required for the plugging equipment in the oil pipeline is shorter,and the additional devices left on the pipeline after the operation is completed,the fault points are reduced,and the maintenance cost and maintenance time are greatly reduced.
