摘 要:企业新型学徒制是以企业为主、多方联合、对在职企业员工进行培训教育的创新模式。企业新型学徒制下对建筑业农民工职业培训的推进逻辑包括政策推动的驱使、行业发展的需要及自然演化的必然等,分析职业培训中存在各方参与职业培训的能动性不强、建筑业农民工自身基础薄弱、职业培训硬件软件条件欠佳及职业培训实际效果不佳等问题,对此提出完善保障机制、整合课程资源、提升师资队伍、丰富培训方式、优化考评体系等优化策略。The new apprenticeship system in enterprises is an innovative mode that focuses on enterprises,collaborates with multiple parties,and provides training and education for the employees of the enterprises.Under the new apprenticeship system of enterprises,the promotion logic of vocational training for migrant workers in construction industry includes the drive of policy,the need of industry development and the inevitability of natural evolution,etc.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the vocational training,such as the weak motivation of all parties to participate in vocational training,the weak foundation of migrant workers in the construction industry,the poor conditions of the hardware and software of the vocational training and the poor actual effect of the vocational training,etc.Therefore,the author puts forward some optimization strategies,such as perfecting the guarantee mechanism,integrating the curriculum resources,upgrading the teaching staff,enriching the training methods and optimizing the assessment system.
