正交试验法优选酒大黄的炮制工艺

摘  要:优选大黄酒炙的最佳炮制加工工艺,为大黄药材的炮制加工提供技术参考。以外观性状、总蒽醌及游离蒽醌为评价指标,采用正交试验法考察饮片黄酒用量、闷润的时间,炒制的温度,炒制的时间4个因素,优选大黄酒炙的加工炮制工艺。大黄酒炙的最优工艺为:取净大黄片,加入10%黄酒拌匀,闷润1.0 h,置于150℃的炒药设备中,炒制约20 min,取出,晾凉,筛去碎屑即可。优选的酒大黄加工工艺稳定可行,可以为酒大黄的产业化生产提供一定的技术支持。To optimize the best technology of wine-processed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and provide a reference for processing and preparing of this herb,the orthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of the dosage of yellow rice wine,soaking time,stir-fry temperature and stir-fry time four factors,used appearance and total anthra-quinones and free anthraquinones as comprehensive evaluation index,optimizing processing technology of wine-processed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.The best process for wine-processed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma was as follows:taking raw rheum palmatum tablets,with 10%yellow rice wine and mix well,soaking 1.0 h,putting in stir-frying machine at 150℃,sauted about 20 min,then taken out and cooled down.Optimizing the wine-processed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma processing technology was stable and feasible,could provide a technical support for wine-processed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma industrial production.
