摘 要:原油稳定装置的拔出率是原油稳定深度的决定性因素。负压稳定工艺是国内油田所采用的主要的原油稳定方式之一。针对某油田联合站负压闪蒸稳定工艺,利用HYSYS软件,模拟分析负压稳定系统操作温度、操作压力、原油含水率等对稳定装置拔出率的影响规律,明确负压稳定系统优化运行参数,提高稳定系统运行能力和水平。The vacuum flash stabilization technology is the main method of crude oil stabilization being used in domestic oilfields.In this paper,the negative pressure stabilization technology of a central processing station in an oilfield has been introduced.The software-HYSYS has been used to set numeric model to simulate and analyze the effects of operation temperature,stabilizer operation pressure,volume water cut of purified crude oil on the light hydrocarbon recovery rate,then the optimal operation parameters in the stabilization system will be identified,thus,the ability and level of optimal operation in the stabilization system will be improved.
