摘 要:随着化工工业的快速发展,化工工艺产生的废水引发的环保问题不容忽视。因此,废水回收已成为化工企业减排的重点任务。本文探讨了某化工企业在回收离子膜烧碱废水时采用的三效逆流降膜蒸发工艺、蒸发真空浓缩和MVR蒸发浓缩生产工艺,对回收工艺中存在的危险及有害因素进行辨识,针对性地提出安全管理措施,形成技术分析报告,旨在为企业高含盐废水回收与利用提供科学指导,助力化工行业的绿色和可持续发展。With the rapid development of the chemical industry,the environmental problems caused by chemical waste water cannot be ignored.Therefore,the recovery of waste water has become a key task for reducing emissions in chemical enterprises.This article explores the three-effect countercurrent film evaporation process,vacuum evaporation concentration,and MVR evaporation concentration production processes adopted by a chemical enterprise in recovering ion exchange membrane caustic soda waste water.The hazards and harmful factors existing in the recovery process are identified,and targeted safety management measures are proposed to form a technical analysis report.This report aims to provide scientific guidance for the recovery and utilization of high-salinity waste water in chemical enterprises,and to promote the green and sustainable development of the chemical industry.
