摘  要:研究高效聚磷酸镁制备,对合成反应所需的基本要求进行了探讨,筛选出符合要求的采用聚磷技术并在农业生产中应用。研究方法采用磷酸溶液放入装有电动搅拌器的聚合反应釜中,聚合5~6h,反应结束产物降至常温,控制物料的pH值为1.5~3.0;然后加入碱性含镁化合物粉末进行混合,在常温常压下进行搅拌混合反应,混合后物料的化学计量摩尔比为n(MgO):n(P_(2)O_(5))=0.7~1.0:1.0,混合后物料的pH值控制在6.0~7.0之间;加入丁二酸双二乙氨基乙醇酯柠檬酸盐混匀,即为所需的高效聚磷酸镁肥料。农田蔬菜的应用结果指出:高效聚磷酸镁的有效性提高一倍以上,肥料质量稳定、控释性能好。To study the preparation of high-efficiency magnesium polyphosphate,the basic requirements required for the synthesis reaction were discussed and screened to meet the requirements of the polyphosphorus technology and application of agricultural production.The method of research was phosphoric acid solution into the polymerization reactor equipped with electric stirrer,polymerization 5~6 h,the end of the reaction product down to room temperature,control the pH of the material 1.5~3.0;Then add the alkaline magnesium-containing compound powder for mixing,stirring and mixing reaction at room temperature and pressure,the ratio of the mixed material for stoichiometric moles is n(MgO):n(P_(2)O_(5))=0.7~1.0:1.0,the pH value of the mixed material is controlled between 6.0~7.0;Add the bis(diethylamino)ethanolate citrate of succinic acid and mix well,that is,the required high-efficiency magnesium polyphosphate fertilizer.The results of the on-farm application of vegetable pointed out that the effectiveness of the highly efficient MgP phosphate was more than doubled,and the fertiliser was of stable quality and good controlled release.
