摘 要:本研究针对大倾角放顶煤回采工作面的特殊性,探讨了一系列防灭火技术。首先研究分析了大倾角工作面在放顶煤回采过程中易发火灾的原因,包括气体积聚、通风不畅等因素,并详细阐述了这些因素如何增加火灾风险。接着,本文提出了一套综合的防火技术措施,包括优化通风系统设计、实施严格的作业规程及采用先进的监测和预警系统。这些措施的有效性在模拟环境和部分实际矿井中得到验证。最后,研究展望了这些技术在未来大倾角放顶煤回采工作面的应用前景,并对实施过程中可能遇到的挑战进行了初步分析。研究结果表明,通过这些综合防灭火措施的实施,可以显著提高大倾角放顶煤回采工作面的安全性。This study explores a series of fire prevention and extinguishing technologies in response to the special characteristics of the large angle caving coal mining face.The study first analyzed the reasons for the high inclination angle working face being prone to fire during the top coal caving process,including factors such as gas accumulation and poor ventilation,and elaborated in detail on how these factors increase fire risk.Subsequently,this article proposes a comprehensive set of fire prevention technical measures,including optimizing ventilation system design,implementing strict operating procedures,and adopting advanced monitoring and early warning systems.The effectiveness of these measures has been validated in simulated environments and some actual mines.Finally,the study looked forward to the application prospects of these technologies in the future high angle caving coal mining face,and conducted a preliminary analysis of the challenges that may be encountered during the implementation process.The research results indicate that the implementation of these comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures can significantly improve the safety of large angle caving coal mining faces.
