摘 要:实验采用中和法处理稀盐酸废水,研究了钙系中和剂的种类和用量,以及动态并流法和静态堆浸法两种处理方式对中和效果的影响。实验结果表明,采用并流动态处理方式,以Ca(OH)_(2)为中和剂时的转化效率可达98.75%,处理后废水pH可至7.56,达到了GB 8978—1996污水综合排放标准中对pH的要求。同时废渣中的钙含量可以降低至3.55%,可回收利用的Mg、Al、Fe等元素的含量有所增加,实现了中和处理成本的降低。The experiment employed neutralization method to treat dilute hydrochloric acid from wastewater.This study investigated the types and dosages of calcium-based neutralization agents,as well as the effects of dynamic parallel flow method and static heap leaching method on the neutralization efficiency.The experimental results indicated that using dynamic parallel treatment with Ca(OH)_(2)as the neutralizing agent achieved a conversion efficiency of 98.75%.The pH of the treated wastewater can be reduced to 7.56,meeting the pH requirements specified in the GB 8978-1996 comprehensive wastewater discharge standards.Additionally,the calcium content in the waste residue could be reduced to 3.55%,and the recoverable elements increased,resulting in a reduction of the neutralization processing cost.
