摘　　要：目的:基于当前我国药物和药物中间体行业发展规模,探讨合成工艺,旨在为药企优化生产技术,提高经济效益提供借鉴。方法:通过举例法分析了几种常见的药物中间体合成工艺分析,并结合具体实践应用,给出了详细的合成工艺应用方法。结果:药企在药物和药物中间体合成过程中,选择定向硝化合成技术、缩合合成技术、吉非替尼中间体合成工艺、膜分离法、帕博西尼母核中间体合成工艺等,将提高药物中间体合成效率。结论:药企通过加强中间体合成工艺研究,能够进一步满足生产需求,促进药企发展壮大。Objective:Based on the current development scale of drug and drug intermediate industry in China,this paper discusses the synthesis process,aiming to provide reference for pharmaceutical enterprises to optimize the production technology and improve the economic benefits.Methods:Several common synthesis processes for pharmaceutical intermediates were analyzed through examples,and detailed application methods for synthesis processes were provided based on specific practical applications.Results:In the synthesis process of drugs and drug intermediates,pharmaceutical enterprises choose directional nitrification synthesis technology,condensation synthesis technology,intermediate synthesis technology,gefitinib intermediate synthesis process,membrane separation process,which will improve the synthesis efficiency of drug intermediates.Conclusion:By strengthening the research of intermediate synthesis process,pharmaceutical enterprises can further meet the production demand and promote the development and growth of pharmaceutical enterprises.
