小儿泄泻停颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌在小儿急性腹泻中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿泄泻停颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌在小儿急性腹泻中的治疗效果。方法选取2019年11月至2021年11月镇安县中医医院收治的100例急性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和试验组(50例)。对照组予以布拉氏酵母菌,试验组予以小儿泄泻停颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌。比较两组治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间、免疫功能指标及大便情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组腹泻、腹痛、呕吐及发热消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组各免疫功能指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组大便性状评分及大便频次均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿泄泻停颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌可提高小儿急性腹泻的治疗效果,缩短临床症状消失时间,促进大便情况和免疫功能的改善。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiao’er Xiexieting Granules combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in children with acute diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 children with acute diarrhea admitted to Zhen’an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Saccharomyces Boulardii,and the experimental group was given Xiao’er Xiexieting Granules combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii.The total effective rate,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,immune function indexes and stool status of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of diarrhea,abdominal pain,vomiting and fever in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune function indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score and frequency of stool in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Xiexieting Granules combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii can improve the therapeutic effect of acute diarrhea in children,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and promote the improvement of stool status and immune function.
