摘　　要：目的探讨罗伊氏乳杆菌辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒感染所致腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年6月济宁市兖州区中医医院收治的82例轮状病毒感染所致腹泻患儿,按照双色球分组法分为常规组(41例)与实验组(41例)。常规组采用蒙脱石散治疗,实验组采用蒙脱石散+罗伊氏乳杆菌治疗。比较两组治疗效果、T细胞亚群水平、临床症状持续时间及胃肠激素水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。实验组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于常规组,CD8^(+)水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。实验组各临床症状持续时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。实验组胃泌素、胃动素及血管活性肠肽水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论罗伊氏乳杆菌辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒感染所致腹泻的临床效果确切,可改善T细胞亚群及胃肠激素水平,加速临床症状的缓解,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lactobacillus Reuteri in adjuvant treatment of diarrhea caused by rotavirus infection in children.Methods A total of 82 children with diarrhea caused by rotavirus infection admitted to Yanzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jining City from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the conventional group(41 cases)and the experimental group(41 cases)according to the two-color sphere grouping method.The conventional group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,and the experimental group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder+Lactobacillus Reuteri.The therapeutic effect,T cell subsets,duration of clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the level of CD8^(+)in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin,motilin and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus Reuteri in adjuvant treatment of diarrhea caused by rotavirus infection in children has definite clinical effect,can improve the levels of T cell subsets and gastrointestinal hormone,accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,and is wor thy of clinical promotion.
