摘 要:目的探讨胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗儿童1型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2021年4月至2023年3月临沂市兰山区内分泌专科医院收治的80例1型糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察组采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗,比较两组血糖相关指标、血糖达标时间、胰岛素总使用剂量及胰岛素治疗费用。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胰岛素总使用剂量及胰岛素治疗费用均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗儿童1型糖尿病,可有效控制血糖,降低胰岛素总使用剂量及胰岛素治疗费用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin pump in the treatment of type 1 diabetes in children.Methods A total of 80 children with type 1 diabetes admitted to Lanshan District Endocrine Hospital of Linyi City from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injections,and the observation group was treated with continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin pump.The blood glucose related indexes,the time of blood glucose reaching the target,the total insulin dose and the cost of insulin treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of blood glucose reaching the target of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total insulin dose and the cost of insulin treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin pump in the treatment of type 1 diabetes in children can effectively control blood glucose,reduce the total dosage of insulin and the cost of ins ulin treatment.
