舒适护理在女性电子肠镜下肠息肉摘除术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在女性电子肠镜下肠息肉摘除术中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月至2023年5月在济南市第三人民医院内镜室进行电子肠镜下肠息肉摘除术的82例女性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。观察组给予舒适护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在电子肠镜下肠息肉摘除术女性患者中的应用效果较好,能提高生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in female intestinal polypectomy under electronic colonoscopy.Methods From May 2022 to May 2023,82 female patients who underwent intestinal polypectomy under electronic colonoscopy in the Endoscopy Room of Jinan Third People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table meth od,they were divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41).The observation group was given comfort nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfort nursing in female patients with intestinal polypectomy under electronic colonoscopy is good,which can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
