摘　　要：目的探讨护患心理沟通技巧在青少年精神分裂症中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月山东省平邑县精神病医院精神科治疗的60例青少年精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,每组各30例。常规组采用常规护理,研究组在常规组的基础上采用护患心理沟通技巧,比较两组护理依从性、心理韧性及生活质量。结果研究组护理总依从率高于常规组(P<0.05),研究组各项心理韧性评分高于常规组(P<0.05),研究组各项生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论青少年精神分裂症应用护患心理沟通技巧干预有助于改善患者生活质量及心理韧性,提高其护理依从性,促进病情恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-patient psychological communication skills in adolescent schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 patients with adolescent schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,Pingyi County Psychiatric Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the routine group and the study group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group received routine care,while the study group received nurse-patient psychological communication skills on the basis of the routine group.The nursing compliance,psychological resilience and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total rate of nursing compliance in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological resilience in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse-patient psychological communication skills in adolescent schizophrenia can help improve the quality of life and psychological resilience,enhance the nursing compliance and promote disease recovery.
