摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期预见性护理在石膏固定术治疗下肢骨折患儿中的应用效果。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院儿外科2021年5月至2023年5月收治的78例下肢骨折患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用围手术期预见性护理干预,比较两组疼痛程度、骨折愈合时间和生活质量。结果护理后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项健康调查量表36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期预见性护理干预在石膏固定术治疗下肢骨折患儿中的应用效果较好,可有效改善疼痛程度,缩短骨折愈合时间,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative period predictive nursing in children with fracture of lower limb treated by plaster fixation.Methods A total of 78 children with fracture of lower limb admitted to the Department of Pediatric Surgery,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received perioperative period predictive nursing intervention.The pain level,fracture healing time and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of visual analogue scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of short form 36 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of perioperative period predictive nursing intervention in children with fracture of lower limb treated by plaster fixation is better,which can effectively improve the pain level,shorten the fracture healing time and i mprove the quality of life.
