高龄对ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者PPCI联合IABP治疗结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄对ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PPCI)联合主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)治疗结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年10月—2022年10月收治的108例STEMI患者的临床资料,所有患者均行PPCI联合IABP治疗,按接受手术的年龄分为高龄组(≥75岁)和非高龄组(60~74岁),高龄组38例,非高龄组70例。随访6个月,比较两组主要心脑血管事件(MACCE)和出血事件发生率。结果:随访6个月,高龄组死亡、非致死性心肌梗死、靶血管血运重建、支架内血栓、脑卒中、因心力衰竭再住院及出血事件发生率均高于非高龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄STEMI患者行PPCI联合IABP治疗的结局并不理想,其MACCE和出血事件发生率高于非高龄患者。Objective:To investigate the impact of advanced age on the outcomes of percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI)combined with intra aortic balloon counterpulsation(IABP)in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 108 STEMI patients admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022.All patients underwent PPCI combined with IABP treatment and were divided into an elderly group(≥75 years old)and a non elderly group(60~74 years old)based on the age of surgery.The former had 38 cases,while the latter had 70 cases.After a follow-up of 6 months,compare the incidence of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCE)and bleeding events between the two groups.Results:The incidence of death,non fatal myocardial infarction,target vessel revascularization,stent thrombosis,stroke,readmission due to heart failure,and bleeding events in the 6-month follow-up group were higher than those in the non elderly group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The outcome of PPCI combined with IABP treatment for elderly STEMI patients is not ideal,with a higher incidence of MACCE and bleeding events compared to non elderly patients.
