氧化锌和氧化钡对龙泉窑梅子青釉性状影响之比较

摘　　要：以龙泉窑梅子青釉为基础,分别用氧化锌和碳酸钡逐步替代石灰石共配制15种釉,施于龙泉弟窑胎和哥窑胎上,采用氧化气氛和还原气氛进行烧制实验,通过观察釉的成熟度、光泽度、透明度、晶体分布、气泡数量和大小、裂纹等性状并结合相图,推论出氧化锌和氧化钡替代氧化钙对釉的始熔温度、高温粘度和热膨胀系数的影响规律。Based on the green glaze of Longquan kiln plum seed,a total of 15 kinds of glazes were prepared by gradually replacing limestone with zinc oxide and barium carbonate,which were applied to Longquan dijiao tire and Geyao tire,and the firing experiment was carried out by oxidizing atmosphere and reducing atmosphere,and the influence of zinc oxide and barium oxide instead of calcium oxide on the initial melting temperature,high temperature viscosity and thermal expansion coefficient of glaze was deduced by observing the maturity,gloss,transparency,crystal distribution,number and size of bubbles,cracks and other properties of glaze and combined with phase diagrams.
