多维约束称重提高皮带秤测量精度研究应用

摘  要:通过分析多维约束称重传感器特征、整体结构和称重精度的影响因素、校准方式等,提出采用全桥连接方式连接电阻应变片,以获得较好的输出特性。实际应用表明,动态测量累计误差值低于0.5%,解决了皮带秤测量精度较低问题。By analysing the characteristics of multi-dimensional constrained load cell,the overall structure and the influencing factors of weighing accuracy,calibration method,etc.,it is proposed to use the full-bridge connection to connect the resistive strain gauges in order to obtain better output characteristics.Practical application shows that the cumulative error value of dynamic measurement is lower than 0.5%,which solves the problem of low measurement accuracy of belt scale.
