摘　　要：新时代新征程,发展新质生产力是中国特色社会主义解放生产力、发展生产力的重大战略举措,是推进中国式现代化建设的必由之路,是坚持高质量发展这一新时代硬道理的应有之义。新质生产力是创新起主导作用,摆脱传统经济增长方式、生产力发展路径,具有高科技、高效能、高质量特征,符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态。这是马克思主义中国化时代化的又一重大理论和实践创新。发展新质生产力,需要坚持创新是核心要素、人才是重要支撑,推进高水平科技自立自强、加快构建现代化产业体系,坚持社会主义基本经济制度、加快完善与新质生产力相适应的制度体系,从而为中国式现代化提供坚实支撑。On the new journey of the new era, developing new quality productivity is a crucial strategic initiative for liberating and developing productivity in the context of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It serves as the indispensable path for promoting the construction of Chinese-style modernization and adhering to the imperative of high-quality development in the new era. New quality productivity, driven by innovation, breaks away from traditional economic growth patterns and productivity development paths. It embodies characteristics of high technology, high efficiency, and high quality, aligning with the quality of advanced productivity of the new development philosophy, signifies another major theoretical and practical innovation of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times. To develop new quality productivity, it is essential to uphold innovation as a core element, to consider talent as a vital support, to promote high-level self-reliance and strength in science and technology, to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system, to adhere to the basic socialist economic system, to expedite the improvement of an institutional system compatible with new quality productivity, in order to provide robust support for Chinese-style modernization through developing new quality productivity.
