摘 要:以前期模拟试验为基础,通过多火次锻造得到了大锥度喷嘴内支撑环,并通过分析晶粒度来判断锻件性能。从模拟情况看,锻件成形过程贴膜良好,尺寸满足设计要求;从实际锻造来看,经过多次锻造成形后,锻件无裂纹、凹坑等缺陷,锻件也满足尺寸条件;锻件前后晶粒度变化明显,轧制完成后晶粒度整体较为均匀且明显细化,约60%的晶粒为4.5~5级,约40%的细晶为9.5~10级,成形后晶粒度大头端与小头端相比,大头端更细,热处理后,整个截面晶粒度整体均匀,达到6.5~7级。Based on the previous simulation experiment,the inner support ring of the nozzle with large taper was obtained by multi-fire forging,and the grain size was analyzed to judge the performance of the forging.According to the simulation,the forging forming process is well coated,and the size meets the design requirements.From the actual forging point of view,the forging has no cracks and pits and other defects after many forging forms,and the forging also meets the size conditions;The change of grain size before and after forging is obvious,and the whole grain size is more uniform and obviously refined after rolling,about 4.5~5 grade grain of 60%and the 9.5~10 grade fine crystal of 40%.The grain of big end size compared with the small end after forming,and the big end is finer.The whole section of the grain size is uniform after heat treatment,reaching 6.5~7 grade.
