盐酸舍曲林联合利培酮治疗残留型精神分裂症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸舍曲林片联合利培酮片治疗残留型精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年8月至2022年7月收治的残留型精神分裂症患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者予利培酮片,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用盐酸舍曲林片。两组患者均连续治疗2个月。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的各项精神分裂症症状评分及总分均显著更低,精神分裂症严重程度各项评分均显著更高(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率与对照组相当(10.00%比5.00%,P>0.05)。结论盐酸舍曲林片联合利培酮片治疗残留型精神分裂症的临床疗效较好,可改善患者的症状,降低病情严重程度,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Risperidone Tablets in the treatment of residual schizophrenia.Methods Eighty patients with residual schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Risperidone Tablets,on this basis,the observation group was given sertraline hydrochloride tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for various symptoms and total scores of schizophrenia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the score for the severity of schizophrenia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was comparable to that in the control group(10.00%vs.5.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Risperidone Tablets have a good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of residual schizophrenia,which can improve the symptoms of patients,and reduce the severity of the condition.
