摘　　要：目的探讨康复训练联合经典抗精神病药用于流浪乞讨精神发育迟滞患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院2021年2月至12月收治的流浪乞讨精神发育迟滞患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例。两组患者均予经典抗精神病药物治疗,观察组加用康复训练。结果治疗后,观察组阳性与阴性症状量表各项指标评分均显著低于对照组,个人与社会功能量表评分显著高于对照组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复训练联合经典抗精神病药物用于流浪乞讨精神发育迟滞患者,可控制病情,改善生活能力。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation training combined with classic antipsychotic drugs for patients with mental retardation due to wandering and begging.Methods A total of 76 patients with mental retardation due to wandering and begging admitted to the hospital from February to December 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with classic antipsychotic drugs,on this basis,the observation group received rehabilitation training.Results After treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the personal and social function scale scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with classic antipsychotic drugs can be used to control the condition and improve the living ability for patients with mental retardation due to wandering and begging.
