摘　　要：目的探讨左旋甲状腺素治疗妊娠期糖尿病伴亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的妊娠期糖尿病伴亚临床甲减患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组患者予常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用左旋甲状腺素钠片。两组患者均治疗12周。结果治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))水平均显著低于对照组;促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为11.00%,显著低于对照组的29.00%(P<0.05)。结论左旋甲状腺素治疗妊娠期糖尿病伴亚临床甲减,可改善患者的血糖和TSH水平,降低并发症的发生风险。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine in the treatment of gestational diabetes with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 200 patients with gestational diabetes with subclinical hypothyroidism admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the level of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.00%,which was significantly lower than the 29.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine in the treatment of gestational diabetes with subclinical hypothyroidism can improve the level of blood glucose and TSH,and reduce the risk of complications.
