摘　　要：目的探讨康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗视网膜中央及其分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年5月至2019年12月收治的视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)的患者55例(共56只眼),根据视网膜静脉血管的阻塞情况分为视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)组(32眼)和视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)组(24眼)。所有患者均接受玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗。结果治疗后,两组患者的视网膜出血吸收,黄斑水肿消退;两组患者患眼最佳矫正视力(BCVA)均较治疗前显著提升,BRVO组显著更高(P<0.05);中央黄斑厚度(CMT)均较治疗前下降,黄斑中心凹下视网膜外层结构不同程度破坏,CRVO组更显著(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗RVO-ME安全、有效,且对BRVO的疗效更显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in the treatment of secondary macular edema caused by central and branch vein occlusion of the retina.Methods A total of 55 patients(56 eyes)with secondary macular edema(RVO-ME)caused by retinal vein occlusion admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the retinal branch vein occlusion(BRVO)group(32 eyes)and the central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO)group(24 eyes)based on the degree of retinal vein occlusion.All patients received intravitreal injection of Conbercept for treatment.Results After treatment,retinal hemorrhage was absorbed and macular edema subsided in both groups.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of the affected eyes in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and those in the BRVO group were significantly better than those in the CRVO group(P<0.05).The central macular thickness(CMT)in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,the outer structure of the retina under the macular fovea was damaged to varying degrees in the two groups,and those in the CRVO group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreous injection of Conbercept is safe and effective in the treatment of RVO-ME,and has a more significant therapeutic effect on BRVO.
