摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)在高龄前列腺增生症的应用效果。方法选取某院收治的高龄前列腺增生症患者69例,随机分为对照组(23例)和观察组(46例)。对照组患者行开放手术治疗,观察组患者行TURP治疗。结果术后,观察组患者的预估肾小球滤过率水平、国际前列腺症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论TURP应用于高龄前列腺增生症的治疗,可有效提升手术治疗效果,改善其临床症状。Objective To investigate the application effect of transurethral prostatectomy(TURP)in elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Sixty-nine elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia admitted to a hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(23 cases)and the observation group(46 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with open surgery,while patients in the observation group were treated with TURP.Results After the surgery,the eGFR level and International Prostate Symptom Score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TURP applied in the treatment of elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia can effectively enhance the effect of surgical treatment and improve the clinical symptoms.
