多层螺旋CT重建成像技术与X线对脊柱骨折诊断的价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析多层螺旋CT重建成像和X线在脊柱骨折诊断中的价值。方法选取医院2021年10月至2022年10月收治的脊柱骨折患者80例,均接受X线和多层螺旋CT检查,分析单用及联用的诊断价值。结果多层螺旋CT对脊柱骨折的检出率、椎体受累检出率、骨折类型及椎管狭窄诊断准确率均明显高于X线检查(P<0.05);联合检查的检出率、椎体受累检出率高于单一检查(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT对脊柱骨折的诊断效果优于X线,联合检查有助于进一步提高诊断率。Objective To analyze the value of multilayer spiral CT reconstructive imaging and X-ray in the diagnosis of spinal fractures.Methods Eighty patients with spinal fractures admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected to undergo X-ray and multilayer spiral CT examination,and the diagnostic value of single and combined use was analyzed.Results The detection rate of spinal fracture,detection rate of vertebral involvement,diagnostic accuracy of fracture type and spinal stenosis of multilayer spiral CT were significantly higher than those of X-ray examination(P<0.05).The detection rate of of spinal fracture and vertebral involvement of combined examination were higher than those of single examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Multilayer spiral CT is more effective than X-ray in the diagnosis of spinal fracture,and the combined examination can help to further improve the diagnosis rate.
