摘　　要：目的探讨3M胶布在动脉穿刺置管术护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年2月至2021年2月收治的行动脉穿刺置管术患者120例。采用红蓝球分组法分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组采用常规敷料固定动脉穿刺置管方法护理,研究组采用3M胶布敷料固定动脉穿刺置管方法护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果研究组压力性损伤发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05);研究组舒适度量表(GCQ)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3M胶布应用于动脉穿刺置管术护理管理,可减少患者的压力性损伤与不良反应,提高患者的舒适度。Objective To investigate the application effect of 3M adhesive tape in the nursing management of arterial puncture catheterization.Methods A total of 120 patients with arterial puncture cannulation admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the red and blue ball grouping method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional dressing to fix arterial puncture placement,and the study group was given 3M adhesive tape.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of pressure injury in the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 18.33%in the control group(P<0.05);the score of the comfort scale(GCQ)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3M adhesive tape applied to the nursing management of arterial puncture catheterization can reduce the pressure injury and adverse reaction of patients and improve the comfort.
