水床式鸟巢护理用于新生儿重症监护病房极低体质量新生儿效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨水床式鸟巢护理干预用于新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)极低体质量新生儿护理中的临床效果。方法选取医院2021年6月至2022年11月收治的NICU极低体质量新生儿84例,随机分为对照组(常规护理干预)与观察组(水床式鸟巢护理干预),各42例。结果干预后,观察组患儿体质量、护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率为9.52%,显著低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长护理满意度为95.24%,显著高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。结论水床式鸟巢护理干预在NICU极低体质量新生儿护理中的应用价值较高,可提高体质量、护理满意度及护理质量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of water-bed bird's nest nursing applied in the nursing of extremely-low body weight newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods A total of 84 newborns with extremely-low body weight admitted to the NICU in hospital from June 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(conventional nursing intervention)and the observation group(water-bed bird's nest nursing intervention),with 42 cases in each group.Results After the intervention,the body mass and nursing quality score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.52%,which was significantly lower than 28.57%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 80.95%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of water-bed bird's nest nursing intervention in the nursing of infants with extremely-low body weight in NICU is high,which can improve body weight,nursing satisfaction,and nursing quality,reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
