摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预在银屑病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2021年7月至2022年7月收治的银屑病患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理联合心理护理),各35例。结果观察组患者生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用心理护理干预护理银屑病,可缓解患者的负面情绪,促进皮损好转,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in the care of psoriasis patients.Methods A total of 70 psoriasis patients admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(routine nursing combined with psychological nursing)by the random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Results The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and psoriasis area severity index(PASI)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for psoriasis can alleviate patients'negative emotions,promote the improvement of skin lesions,and improve their quality of life.
