摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理用于老年高血压患者的效果。方法选取医院2021年6月至2022年12月收治的高血压患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行综合护理。结果护理后,与对照组比较,观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压水平均明显降低(P<0.05),健康状况调查简表评分及规律用药、合理饮食、控制病情、定期复查等健康行为评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效提升老年高血压患者的血压控制效果,增加健康行为,改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the general nursing,the patients in the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing.Results After the nursing,compared with those in the control group,the blood pressure,diastolic pressure in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the short form of health survey scores and health behavior scores such as regular medication,reasonable diet,disease control,and regular follow-up increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the blood pressure control effect of elderly hypertension patients,increase the health behavior and improve the quality of life.
