摘　　要：目的探讨早期多元化活动护理在加强监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者中的应用效果,以及对患者获得性衰弱发生率和独立生活活动能力的影响。方法选取医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的ICU机械通气患者72例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组患者给予常规ICU管护,观察组患者在此基础上给予早期多元化活动护理。结果观察组患者的机械通气和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组获得性衰弱发生率为16.67%,显著低于对照组的41.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的日常生活活动(ADL)量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期多元化活动护理用于ICU机械通气患者,可缩短患者的临床相关治疗时间,减少获得性衰弱发生,提高独立生活活动能力。Objective To explore the application effect of early diversified activity nursing in strengthening mechanical ventilation patients in the intensive care unit(ICU),and its effect on the incidence of acquired weakness and independent living activity ability of patients.Methods A total of 72 ICU mechanical ventilation patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group patients were given routine ICU care,on this basis,the observation group patients were given early diversified activity care.Results The mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of acquired weakness in the observation group was 16.67%,which was significantly lower than 41.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly higher scores on the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale after nursing care compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early diversified activity nursing for ICU mechanical ventilation patients can shorten the clinical treatment time,reduce the occurrence of acquired weakness,and improve independent living activity ability.
