摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理应用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者对其康复效果的影响。方法选取医院2022年11月至2023年2月收治的冠心病患者72例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。两组均接受常规护理,观察组联合心理护理。结果护理后,观察组患者的总满意度明显高于对照组;焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、视觉模拟量表、舒适状况量表、简明生活质量量表评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理应用于冠心病患者,可进一步改善其生活质量,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪。Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 72 patients with CHD admitted to the hospital from November 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional nursing,on this basis,the observation group received psychological nursing.Results After the nursing,the total satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,visual analog scale,comfort status scale and brief quality of life scale in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing applied in patients with CHD can further improve their quality of life and alleviate their anxiety and depression.
