摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预联合安宁护理在晚期肝癌患者的干预效果。方法选取医院2022年收治的晚期肝癌患者66例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组患者接受常规护理服务,在此基础上,观察组患者给予安宁护理。结果观察组癌因性疲乏评分、抑郁、焦虑、睡眠质量评分和不适症状发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预联合安宁护理方案用于晚期肝癌患者可明显改善患者癌因性疲乏、抑郁、焦虑及睡眠质量,降低其不适感。Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological intervention combined with tranquil nursing in patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with advanced liver cancer admitted to the hospital in 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,on this basis,the observation group received tranquil nursing.Results The cancer-related fatigue score,depression,anxiety,sleep quality score and incidence of discomfort symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention combined with tranquil nursing applied in patients with advanced liver cancer can significantly improve cancer-related fatigue,depression,anxiety and sleep quality,and reduce their discomfort.
