摘　　要：目的探讨以谵妄评估结果实施约束分级式护理对加强监护病房(ICU)患者的约束率和不良事件发生率的影响。方法选取医院2021年3月至2022年4月收治的ICU患者92例,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组患者给予标准护理,观察组患者基于谵妄评估结果给予约束分级式护理。结果观察组的约束率为23.91%,显著低于对照组的54.35%(P<0.05);观察组的谵妄率为6.52%,显著低于对照组的23.91%(P<0.05);观察组的病情好转率为91.30%,显著高于对照组的71.74%(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率为4.35%,显著低于对照组的21.74%(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为95.65%,显著高于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的出院率和死亡率相当(6.52%比21.74%,2.17%比6.52%,P>0.05)。结论根据谵妄评估结果实施约束分级式护理,能有效降低ICU患者的约束率、谵妄率、不良事件发生率,促进疾病康复,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the impact of implementing constrained graded nursing based on delirium assessment results on enhancing the constraint rate and incidence of adverse events in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 92 ICU patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group patients were given standard care,while the observation group patients were given constrained graded care based on delirium assessment Results The constraint rate in the observation group was 23.91%,which was significantly lower than 54.35%in the control group(P<0.05).The delirium rate in the observation group was 6.52%,which was significantly lower than 23.91%in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate in the observation group condition was 91.30%,which was significantly higher than 71.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 21.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 78.26%in the control group(P<0.05).The discharge rate and mortality rate in the observation group and the control group were comparable(6.52%vs.to 21.74%,2.17%vs.to 6.52%,P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the results of delirium assessment,implementing restrictive graded nursing can effectively reduce the constraint rate,delirium rate,and incidence of adverse events in ICU patients,promote disease recovery,and improve patient satisfaction.
