人性化优质护理对老年下肢创伤骨折手术患者深静脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化优质护理对老年下肢创伤骨折手术患者深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的影响。方法选取医院2020年11月至2022年12月收治的下肢创伤骨折老年手术患者86例,均分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予优质护理。结果观察组患者凝血指标、血流速度、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化优质护理用于老年下肢创伤骨折手术患者可有效改善凝血功能,减少DVT,患者满意度高。Objective To investigate the effect of humanized high-quality nursing on deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly patients with lower limb trauma and fracture surgery.Methods A total of 86 elderly surgical patients with lower limb trauma fractures admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care,while the patients in the observation group were given the high-quality nursing.Results The coagulation indicators,blood flow velocity,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized high-quality nursing applied in the elderly patients with lower limb trauma and fracture surgery can effectively improve coagulation function,reduce DVT,and achieve high satisfaction of patients.
