摘  要:目的探讨雾化吸入联合全自动背心式排痰器应用于呼吸系统疾病护理的临床效果。方法选取医院2020年1月至12月收治的呼吸系统疾病患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。两组患者均予雾化吸入治疗,观察组联合全自动背心式排痰器。结果护理后,观察组患者的日排痰量、St.George呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分、呼吸困难根底指数(BDI)评分、氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、脉搏氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、护理总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入联合全自动背心式排痰器用于呼吸系统疾病患者,能进一步改善其呼吸功能及血气功能,有助于疾病康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nebulized inhalation combined with fully automatic vest-style sputum extractor for respiratory system disease nursing.Methods A total of 60 respiratory system disease patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the nebulized inhalation therapy,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given the fully automatic vest-style sputum.Results After the nursing,the daily sputum output and St The George Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score,baseline dyspnea index(BDI)score,Partial Oxygen Pressure(PaO_(2)),Partial Carbon Dioxide Pressure(PaCO_(2)),Pulse Oxygen Saturation(SpO_(2)),and overall nursing effectiveness rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nebulized inhalation and fully automatic vest style sputum extractor used for patients with respiratory diseases,which can further improve their respiratory function and blood gas function,and contribute to disease recovery.
