延续性护理用于小儿紫癜性肾炎患儿护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理在小儿紫癜性肾炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取医院2022年1月至12月收治的小儿紫癜性肾炎患儿60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予延续性护理。结果干预后,两组患儿的遵医嘱行为评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿家属疾病知识认知及疾病特异性社会功能评估量表(WFIRS-P)评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理用于小儿紫癜性肾炎患儿,有助于增加患儿家属对疾病知识的认知度,提升患儿的遵医嘱行为及生活质量,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the effect of continuity care for children with purpura nephritis.Methods A total of 60 children with purpura nephritis admitted to the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the general nursing,the patients in the observation group were given the continuity care.Results After the intervention,the compliance behavior score of both groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Weiss Functional Impairment Rating Scales-Parent(WFIRS-P)score of the family members in both groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuity care for children with purpura nephritis,which can increase the disease knowledge and cognition of family members of children with purpura nephritis,improve their compliance with medical advice and quality of life,reduce the occurrence of complications.
